Tony practices in the areas of commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate and securities law.  Tony has over 16 years of experience representing lenders in a variety of commercial and real estate loan transactions, and buyers, sellers and lenders in M&A transactions of all types.  Tony has also represented issuers and underwriters in several public offerings and private placements of securities.  In recent years, Tony has utilized his broad skills and experience, together with his business and accounting background, in the representation of senior lenders, mezzanine funds and equity sponsors in numerous leveraged acquisitions, restructurings and recapitalizations.  In addition, Tony routinely represents privately held businesses of all sizes in a variety of organizational, contractual and other commercial matters.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Tony worked as an auditor for a national accounting firm and is a CPA (nonpracticing).
