Matt's practice focuses on the areas of bankruptcy/corporate reorganization, debtor/creditor rights, commercial law, and commercial litigation.  His practice has included: representing trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy cases; commercial collections; corporate; wills & trusts; ERISA defense; and commercial litigation.  Matt's practice also includes assisting in Chapter 11 reorganizations as counsel for the debtor, as counsel for the creditors' committee, or as counsel for individual creditors.

Prosecuted non-dischargeability actions.

Litigated cases in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts.

Involved in various bankruptcy litigation matters, including insurance disputes, fiduciary accounts, leveraged buy-out, valuation, automatic stay matters, and plan confirmation issues.

Involved in litigation concerning contractual disputes, ERISA defense, commercial collections, foreclosures, and non-compete contracts.
