Matt's practice focuses on the areas of bankruptcy/corporate reorganization, debtor/creditor rights, commercial law, and commercial litigation. His practice has included: representing trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy cases; commercial collections; corporate; wills & trusts; ERISA defense; and commercial litigation. Matt's practice also includes assisting in Chapter 11 reorganizations as counsel for the debtor, as counsel for the creditors' committee, or as counsel for individual creditors.
