Bill has a wide range of regulatory, litigation and transactional experience from his over twenty years of practice. He has a Martindale-Hubbell AV peer review rating, which represents a very high to preeminent legal ability and a very high general ethical standard. He has an active utilities practice before various courts and agencies, including the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, the Ohio Power Siting Board, and on appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. His communications practice includes all types of retail and wholesale matters, competition issues, alternative regulation, customer service agreements, service quality issues, local interconnection agreements and arbitrations, and competition complaint cases. His energy practice includes gas and power marketers, generators, aggregators, power siting, contracts, acquisitions and dispositions, and municipal ordinance rates. He also handles water and trucking matters.
