Melinda S. Nenning, Associate
Melinda focuses her practice on directors and officers liability and insurance, professional liability and insurance, and insurance coverage litigation. Melinda represents carriers as coverage counsel and has experience in all facets of litigation throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Melinda was a litigation associate at Thompson Hine LLP in Columbus, Ohio and Statman, Harris & Eyrich LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her litigation practice, Melinda represented companies and individuals in the areas of business, securities, class action, employment, commercial, and contract litigation. Melinda received her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class. She received her bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated
summa cum laude, with University Honors.
