Served as National Coordinating Counsel/trial counsel for asbestos litigation for an engineering company world renowned in the design and construction of refineries and was involved in the management and coordination of asbestos litigation for Combustion Engineering, Inc., and Basic, Inc. in various courts throughout the United States.

• Counsel in cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States in asbestos property damage and personal injury litigation.
• Prosecuted fraudulent conveyance adversary proceeding in Federal Bankruptcy Court resulting in the recovery of $25 million for Southern Air Transport, Inc.
• Counsel for local utility company in class action involving deregulated natural gas marketing.
• Counsel for Insurer in $18 million arbitration regarding directors and officers insurance coverage.
• Counsel in numerous personal injury, commercial and real estate appropriation jury trials.
• Counsel for two major insurance companies in numerous Scott-Pontzer uninsured motorist insurance coverage cases.
• Represented numerous clients with regard to underground storage tanks regulations and government reimbursement claims.
